Jason Hatfield’s experience spans shop-floor operations, executive maintenance leadership, fleet lifecycle and replacement planning, VMRS governance, financial analytics, and diesel, CNG, hybrid, and battery-electric fleets.
At Cardinal Logistics, Jason oversaw strategy and financial planning for 14,000 pieces of equipment and a $60 million budget. At TCI Transportation, he managed 275 staff across eight locations in four states.

Jason’s background includes US Marine Corps equipment repair and quality control, transit maintenance, warranty administration, and leadership across diesel, CNG, hybrid, and battery-electric fleets.
His credentials include Certified Director of Maintenance/Equipment through NATMI and Certified VMRS Specialist through the American Trucking Associations. His experience also includes technician training, maintenance reporting, procurement, and capital planning.
In his GoDurham interim maintenance and consulting role, he supported operating readiness for a 22-bus battery-electric fleet, connecting charging reliability, technician preparation, and daily service requirements.

Designing the processes, training, and documentation that help teams put improvement plans into practice.
Julie brings experience in organizational leadership, data analysis, program development, and stakeholder engagement to FMC360. Her work connects clear operating procedures with practical training, shared expectations, and follow-through.
At FMC360, she has developed fleet-assessment protocols, communication frameworks, and documentation systems, and supported the standardization of maintenance processes and driver-vehicle inspection record workflows.
As Program Director at Riverside County Office of Education, she built the infrastructure for an in-house service program in fewer than two months and managed an eight-member team supporting 300 school locations across 20 districts. Earlier, as Director of Curriculum & Instruction at Perris Union High School District, she developed vendor-evaluation processes and launched wellness centers at seven locations.
That career experience informs how she helps clients organize complex work, build stakeholder agreement, and sustain new practices across teams and locations.
Julie holds a Master of Arts from Azusa Pacific University and completed doctoral studies in administrative leadership at Pepperdine University, with the dissertation outstanding.
